The i-Team : Technical Manuals, Handbooks, User Guides & Instructions, Training Material

About Us

Short for ‘The Information Team’, The i-Team® was established in 2004 to provide businesses their own information/documentation development team at the fraction of maintaining an in-house technical publications department.  Today, The i-Team® is a market leader in this industry and provides complete technical documentation development service globally from its head office in London. User manuals, training material, product papers and scoping studies are examples of our deliverables. Content, graphic, illustrations, typesetting and translations are all handled in-house to ensure absolute accuracy, especially relevant for comprehensive, technical detail.

We ensure an exemplary level of quality control no matter what the size and complexity of the project. All manuals, guides and handbooks adhere to industry best practice and official requirements, including ISO/IEC standards.

Our extensive database of clients ranges from small companies to global corporations, public sector organisations and governmental offices. We have successfully completed projects in multiple business sectors including, Banking and Finance, Software Development, Food Manufacturing, Information Technology, Equipment Manufacturing, Domestic Appliances, Telecommunication, Horticulture and Health Services. See Our Experience for more detail.

Testimonials

Stephen Morris and The iTeam staff were absolutely brilliant at exceeding our expectations and delivering a quality product for us on short notice. Stephen was efficient, reliable, intuitive and thorough. He wrote extensive documentation for our deliverables with skill and finesse. The end result was an all-round fantastic experience that we will happily repeat again in the future.

Meg Stone, Managing Director

- Dyteqta Limited

Working with The i-Team has proven to be a real pleasure. Their Technical writing personnel accurately and efficiently supported our company in producing necessary documentation for our demanding Pharmaceutical clients.

James Cossar, Operations Director

– Specific Environments

I have found Tony and his team to be highly professional in their approach and day to day workings. They are a one stop shop for all our user manuals and technical documentation. Testing, proofing, re-writing, re-proofing are all things of the distant past – as The i-Team get it right the first time – saving my precious time to focus elsewhere.

James Robinson, Marketing Manager

– Horwood Homewares

I feel constrained to express in writing my grateful appreciation for the excellent service provided by The i-Team when working for Employment Resources. There have been some significant challenges in terms of volume of paperwork, design and formatting, not to mention your having to deal with a customer barely competent in word processing. I will not hesitate to recommend you and The i-Team at every opportunity. Very many thanks for an exemplary service.

Julian Webb, Owner

– Employment Resources

The i-Team has worked for Mott MacDonald providing Technical Editor services on a number of major Infrastructure Finance projects, compiling Technical Advisory Reports for Sponsors and Lenders, with inputs from multiple authors. In particular, Tony has always gone the extra mile to ensure that a high quality deliverable is produced, often working additional hours at late notice to meet deadlines and providing ad hoc guidance to our staff in the use of MS Word and our document template.
