Modern Slavery Statement Exemption
As per the Government’s requirements stated on the website – https://www.gov.uk/guidance/publish-an-annual-modern-slavery-statement#who-needs-to-publish-a-statement:
“A commercial organisation is required to publish an annual statement if all the criteria below apply:
- it is a ‘body corporate’ or a partnership, wherever incorporated or formed
- it carries on a business, or part of a business, in the UK
- it supplies goods or services
- it has an annual turnover of £36 million or more”
WordMaster Limited T/A The i-Team is not a relevant commercial organisation as defined by Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. As the company is not captured by the Modern Slavery Act, it is not required to submit annual modern slavery statements and reports.
Environment Policy
WordMaster Limited T/A The i-Team® is committed to minimising the environmental impact of its operations through the adoption of sustainable practices and continual improvement in environmental performance. We accept the ‘Duty of Care’ imposed by legislation as the minimum standard to be set and maintained, and we aim to exceed the minimum requirements.
The Company will measure its impact on the environment and set targets for ongoing improvement.

The Company will implement and monitor a training program for its staff to raise awareness of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving the Company’s performance.

The key points of our strategy:
- Only print documents when it is absolutely necessary.
- Encourage our clients to move towards online document publication and maintenance opposed to hard copies.
- Switch off machines at the end of the day.
- Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
- Minimise toxic emissions through the selection and use of its fleet and the source of its power requirement.
- Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers.
- Source and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution.
- Sponsor events and activities that encourages, good health and environment support.
- Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Company.
- Follow and support the government’s recycling policies.
- Support to achieve Net Zero.
